1850 Restaurant in Mariposa is seeking to add a talented server to our staff.

Qualifications/Skills:

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and /or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently with or without reasonable accommodation.

Essential:

1-2 years previous experience working in a high volume restaurant Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision. Ability to prioritize work assignments. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to work well under pressure of organizing and attaining production schedules. Ability to expand and condense recipes. Punctuality and regular, reliable attendance.

Desirable:

High school diplom

Food safety and sanitation certification and RBS Certificate per California ABC (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Compensation:

$16.00 per hour plus tips
